1. ROOF - EPDM rubber membrane, can last 3 times as long as a traditional felt roof

2. STRUCTURE - A timber frame building with thermal and acoustic insulation in the floor, walls and roof ensuring you stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer

3. FOUNDATIONS - Heavy duty galvanized foundation system offering minimal disruption to your garden
​
4. PORCH - An overhang and small decking to help keep the rain out
​
5. CLADDING - A choice of cedar, a long lasting, durable wood or Composite Eco cladding, available in a range of colours.
6. WINDOWS AND DOORS - Choose between double glazed aluminium or uPVC in a range of colours, styles and sizes.

7. FLOORING - Choice of a hard wearing laminate flooring many styles
​
8. ELECTRICS - Built with your lighting, power and technical needs in mind. All electrics carry a part P certificate
9. HEATING - Stylish electric radiators or air conditioning options available

10. FINISHES - Interior options include wooden wall panels finished in natural wood or painted and stylish feature walls.
